This is the inaugural title of the joint monograph series One Two Many, published in collaboration with the film festival FIDMarseille. Alongside a new 15,000-word, career-spanning interview with the American filmmaker, this title features essays, rich archival documents, as well as a selection of Stillman’s personal writings on cinema. Offering a range of unique perspectives on Stillman’s oeuvre, the book brings together critics and filmmakers from French- and English-speaking worlds.
