What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange a book if it arrives damaged?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Do you restock out-of-print titles?
Many of our titles are limited edition or small-press runs. While we attempt to restock popular items, once a title is out of print, it is typically unavailable. We recommend signing up for our newsletter for restock alerts.
How do you ensure books are protected during transit?
We take great care in our packaging. All books are wrapped in protective layers and shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers to prevent corner bumps and surface scratches.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international customs and duties coverage?
