Drawings by Niels Trannois is conceived as a lecture on the different operating modes of the artist. It displays how Trannois’ works emerge, how they interact with each other and how they ultimately create the artist’s practice. Drawings can be seen as a score, accompanied by an introductory note byClara Guislain, followed by drawings that constitute the preliminaries to Trannois’ final works, visual footnotes and a final note of Guillaume Ollendorff.
