The Story

With the launch of the new Acne Studios headquarters in Stockholm, A Magazine Curated By presents a survey of this exceptional building and its present function as a fashion atelier and corporate office. In a visual essay by French architecture photographer Philippe Chancel, the building is explored from top to bottom, beginning with the management offices and descending ten storeys through each component of the design and production ateliers, communal spaces, photo studio, and more. The images are accompanied by insightful quotes by Acne Studios creative director Jonny Johansson, architect Johannes Norlander, the studio’s teams, and external collaborators.

96 pages, 23 x 30 cm, softcover, A Magazine (Antwerp).
